Honestly, don't always trust everything you read! I was a bit unsure about ordering from this place at first because of some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. And you know what? I was really pleased with what I got. The Funko pops I ordered came fast and in great condition. The packaging was strong, and the items were exactly as they were shown on the website. I'm really happy with my purchase. So, to anyone who's doubtful, give Zavvi a try before you make up your mind.
T-shirt purchase
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this place if you're not completely sure about your purchase. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but the customer support was terrible. There was no way to talk to a real person, no phone number or instant messaging. I had to wait ages for their slow messaging system to sort things out, which was just as slow as email. It took me 4 days to even get started on returning my order that I wanted to cancel - a total nightmare. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Online shopping experience
I've found it really easy and efficient to use the website. The layout is clear and it's simple to find your way around the different categories. There's a great variety of products to choose from, and I managed to find exactly what I was after without any trouble. I like that you can set up an account for a more tailored shopping experience. Overall, I'm happy with how my online shopping has gone so far.
Merchandise variety
I was really let down by the lack of stuff they had in stock. They only had a few yellow things, a few white bits, a couple of blue bits, and a few navy items. It was disappointing that they didn't have anything from big franchises like Star Wars or Disney. It seemed like the store only cared about selling basic items and not things that fans would want. The whole experience left me feeling really disappointed.
Gaming console
The company's online deals are too expensive and hardly compare well with other shops. Ordering something wasn't great, as they didn't give much info on when my order would be ready. I bought something a few days ago but my money is still set aside and my order hasn't even been sorted out yet. That's just too slow for online shopping these days. I won't be coming back because of all these delays.
Bargain purchase
I was absolutely gobsmacked when I saw the price on the website, it was proper unbelievable. And to top it off, the delivery was lightning-fast, which totally caught me off guard. All in all, I was well impressed with the service and I'll definitely be coming back for more purchases down the line. Cheers!
Preorder item
I preordered this really cool thing online and was so looking forward to getting it. But then I found out it wasn't actually in stock and they couldn't say when it would be available. I was really annoyed because I thought preordering meant I'd for sure receive it, but now I have to wait and hope it comes back in stock. I requested a refund but I still haven't received it. I'm really unhappy about the whole situation.
Transformers Legacy Scraphook
Basically, Zavvi are offering products for "for sale" and "quick buy" DESPITE NOT having the items in stock.
When I ask why they are advertising items for sale that they do not have, they ignore the questions. I have been promised on three occasions that items listed as "in stock" that are out of stock will be taken down but they never are. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PIRATES. They are a scam company and they are obviously operating on the very fringes of legality.
If you are in the UK and you have been affected by similar problems I urge you to make a complaint to Trading Standards, you can do so with help from Citizen's Advice, who offer online forms and phone lines to make such complaints with.I have film obsession & I love Zavvi,period.
I love this website, has been using for more than like 1.5 yrs now. and bought more than, what, I think 30-40 Blue ray DVDs etc from here. I can totally recommend this website for shop best collections of films in reasonable, actually cheapest price.
They have different categories to buy from, like in genres, franchise, themes, collections, quality and much more.
They are pretty fast with delivery, well mostly, like in minimum 2 days max 4 days.
I love to shop here first, just look for your favorite films and get it at a good price, keep adding into the cart.

A third category is games, where they sell games for all kinds of consoles the PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC. They also sell the consoles itself, controllers and wireless mini-keyboards. Besides digital entertainment, they also sell more physical entertainment, as can be seen in the category toys. In that category you can find toys like Lego, Duplo, toy watches and mini figures, but also practical items such as lunch boxes, storage boxes, drinking bottles and alarm clocks. Services of Zavvi
Zavvi mainly offers the possibility to order online. You can create an account to put items in your basket and have them home delivered. Via email they will let you know that your package is on its way to you. It is possible to check your order in your account. If you have any questions, you can find a small FAQ on their website.
It is possible to return an item within the first 14 days, but in order to do that you will have to contact the customer service team. The customer service can only be reached on your account. It is not possible to do so in the website itself or via telephone or email without logging in.
