Review about: Irish Ferries
Ferry service experience
I was really disappointed with my recent ferry trip as a customer. I was looking forward to it at first, but was let down by the poor facilities and unprofessional service. Instead of the nice passenger ferry I was expecting, I got stuck on what felt like a cargo ship with not enough amenities. On top of that, there weren't enough staff on board, which meant things closed up just two hours into the trip. It was really disappointing to see such a lack of customer care and safety measures, and it made the journey pretty grim. What's more, there was a strange incident where the crew seemed to vanish, leaving passengers to sort things out themselves - not good for safety at all. After this experience, I don't think I'll be traveling with this company again, even though I've been a loyal customer for a long time.
