Recent purchase of coal
I was really let down by the customer service from that company. Even though I'm a regular customer, I had a bad time dealing with their team. After my last delivery, I saw that they'd cut the prices of items by about a third. So, I reached out to them to ask if they'd match the new prices, but they said no. Not only that, when I tried to return the items and get my money back within the 14-day guarantee period, they made it really difficult. The manager even refused to talk to me on the phone, which I thought was really unprofessional. And then, to top it all off, the woman I spoke to compared my worries to something as small as a trip to Tesco, which I found totally unacceptable. All in all, my experience with them was a real let-down and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
