Bought this item and it arrived with just a small leaflet all in Chinese I’ve sent over 6 emails and take a complaint to PayPal I was eventually given English instructions to download but all that did was take me to Chelsea football club ticket sales department
Shocking response. Kettle cost £57 and it can’t be used I would like a full refund or I will take you to the small claims court
