I had used them a few times and all seemed to be a good service. Then my last three orders to be sent from Spain to the UK, they asked me to transfer 250€ to 300€ per order to cover UK customs charges. I did this but now am having a nightmare getting them to return the money to my account! They do not respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. They currently owe me 800€ and it seems they are content to not refund me that money! I would warn you against transferring any money to this company for supposed customs charges!!
