TESOL course certificate, customer service
I finished a 120-hour TESOL course with this company not long ago. I thought the course materials were easy to understand and get hold of. But after finishing the course, I faced a problem when my QLS endorsed certificate didn't arrive even after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service a few times, but it took them days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Finally, they agreed to print and send me another certificate, and I finally got it. I like the courses they offer and their quality, but they really need to work on their response time.
