Flowers, teddy, card, vase
I am so disappointed about customer service. Ordered flowers with vase, toy and a card, vase came smashed. Contacted straight away. This is what I got for reply from Ana - ".... I will personally raise this with our floral team to ensure that more care is taken in the future.... I have issued a refund for the price of the vase."
Really? Is this business working only first day, they don't know how it should be packed? Is this a good customer service to give me a refund when you ruined my surprise for someone? Shame on you. Will never buy from you again, will never recommend you to anyone.
