My sister bought me a pan on the 1st August at 1.38 and yesterday when I was baking on it j,it just went off ,I changed the fuse and it wasnt that.

I was very pleased with it
Despite all my emails to customer service, I kept being tossed about by unfriendly staff without any help.
Now I am left with a useless product.
