Bed frame and bedside table
The furniture I bought from that shop really needs clearer instructions. It took me ages to try and build the bed frame because the instructions were so hard to follow. And even when I managed to put it together, there were still some spare parts lying around because I couldn't work out where they should go. The bedside table was just as bad - unclear instructions and parts that didn't fit together properly. It's annoying to waste so much time and energy on something that should be simple. But on the bright side, the delivery drivers were great and the customer service team were really helpful when I needed to change the delivery date.
