Still waiting for bed twice now waited in no one turned up no one rang no text no email lost days of income no refund no bed months later nothing criminal company ... staff pathetic never ever again i will always see you is finacial3linked to bensins and never buy from them i will tell everyone how bad you are no customer service nothing minus stars terrible . I need full refund the bed znd reimbursements for loss of income. Not even a call to say not coming nothing all year now ive been on the floor you dont care. And im frontline nhs hospital staff . My dad suffered major heart attak waiting in for you this thursday the 6th of may .if i could i would eradicate you all from the planet .
Bespoke Mattress Pure Serenity
Long and short, service in store was good. Delivery poor a list of can’t do so much for delivery to any room in your house…if hallway counts.. 3 days off using slight dip appears thought my eyes were playing tricks. Customer service very slow to respond, asking for pictures reckons it is the mattress settling really Bensons. Assessor due to look at it next week, just want a refund as giving me a backache.
2 x Beds, £3k order
Disgraceful company. Awful customer service that are clearly disinterested in helping. Useless delivery staff that will either damage goods or simply not bother arriving at the correct destination. I have wasted multiple days annual leave to receive beds that have never arrived, with no explanation, no calls from drivers and no apology.
Their stores and online services apparently offer different deals, so don't expect them to honour deals in store you have seen online. If you contact them about this they will suggest that you can cancel the order, but more about that below.
Their contracts are designed to lock you in (cancellation is charged at 20% of the cost of the order). Avoid and be very, VERY careful. Crooks.Bed and mattress...£1300.00
Useless Gaurentee and bad quality.
The guarantee is useless and quality is terrible.....
The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. I spent £600 on a mattress that is supposed to have a 5 year guarantee. After 20months the mattress had really bad depressions in it and the company has said it falls within the manufacturer tolerance from a few photographs i have sent them. If you actualy lay on the mattres you can feel the wooden bed slats but thats within tollerance. I've been told I can get an independent inspection if I pay for it as the mattress is more than 6 months old, the onus is on me to prove it's faulty, but they will only accept a report from one of their approved inspectors, thus removing the word independent. The only reason I'm scoring 1 star is that I can't score them a zero.Mattress
Dreadful Service , have been waiting over 8 weeks for my delivery.
Was given a delivery date at time of order which was extended by 2 weeks. Received a text stating delivery date and time then 2 hours later received an email saying delivery was delayed again but no mention of a new date. I have emailed numerous times and have received no reply . I have rang 3 different phone numbers and each on just cuts you off .Otterman bed with mattress
We bought our bed in February, had the delivery date changed several times by Bensons, lost the bed, given our bed to another customer, wasn't on the lorry when it was to be delivered, the bed frame is here, but we don't have the mattress. etc. Went into the store and asked for a refund, they said they would have to take a 20% cancellation fee (That would be £250-£300) or wait till the 30th July for the bed. That was a two-month wait! Now we've been chasing and asking for a confirmation of delivery, they said the warehouse cannot locate our goods, so they have reordered it. So that will be another 3-4 month wait. Shocking customer service, staff don't care and tell you there is nothing they can do. Taken our money, but no bed. We will be taking legal advice and probably end up taking Bensons to small claims court. I will be giving Bensons negative reviews on every social media platform.
