I sold them books and cds that they refuse to pay me for.
100% Scam
I received an email saying my payment was sent. It's been a week since my items were processed and I still have not received the payment.
I've attempted to contact them.several times and the first time (a day after receiving the email saying payment had been sent, customer service said my order was still processing.
I responded to that email and have since been ignored except for them to say the order is complete and as they have sent the payment, they can't even return my items because they have "recycled" them.
So they took my items under false pretenses, destroyed them and refuse to pay me. I've reported them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and the police as they scammers and have destroyed my property that was stolen from me.
