Unsatisfactory experience
I've been really let down by this company. The customer service was poor, and the courier they used lost my delivery. Even though they said they would send a replacement, I had to wait seven days and send countless emails before I got a tracking code. At that point, I just wanted a refund. The email sign off "sorry for any inconvenience caused" felt insincere and not enough. All in all, I thought the whole experience was really bad and not acceptable.
