I wasn't too pleased with the way this company handled things. They made me feel like I had to put down a deposit, then when I changed my mind and asked for a refund, it was like pulling teeth. They said I should get in touch with customer services, but it was a nightmare trying to reach them. After messaging them online, they told me to send an email, which I did straight away. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back about the refund yet. It was disappointing to see how eager they were to take my money, but then they seemed to forget about me when it came to giving it back. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on my own experience.
