Reliable, efficient insurance
I've been a customer of this insurance company for quite a few years and I have to admit, I've had only good experiences with them. About two years back, my wife had a bad fall while we were on holiday in Lanzarote. We had to quickly take her to the hospital and I got in touch with the insurance company straight away for help. They were so helpful and even spoke to the hospital staff in Spanish to make sure everything was sorted. We only had to pay a small £99 excess fee at the hospital and the insurance company took care of the rest without any trouble.
