I've been with this insurance company for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how affordable they are when it comes to covering pre-existing health conditions. I've been a customer of this insurance company for quite a few years and I have to admit, I've had only good experiences with them. About two years back, my wife had a bad fall while we were on holiday in Lanzarote. We had to quickly take her to the hospital and I got in touch with the insurance company straight away for help. They were so helpful and even spoke to the hospital staff in Spanish to make sure everything was sorted. We only had to pay a small £99 excess fee at the hospital and the insurance company took care of the rest without any trouble.

I was really disappointed with my travel insurance claim with this company. Even though I gave them a note from the doctor saying my son couldn't use communal areas because he got impetigo on holiday, they still denied the claim. It was so annoying to not get the coverage I thought I had paid for.
