Laptop bag purchase
I wanted to know more about what was inside the bag I wanted to buy, so I reached out and they got back to me super quick. They even went above and beyond by sending me some pics. I put in my order at 3 pm and got my bag the very next morning, and it was a Saturday! The service was fantastic, and the bag is just what I wanted.

Oversized shorts, credit refund
I recently purchased some shorts that turned out to be too big for me, which was a bit disappointing. I was surprised to learn that I couldn't return them because they were on sale. However, the customer service team pleasantly surprised me by offering a credit refund equal to the purchase amount without needing to send back the shorts. I must say, I really appreciate their understanding and generosity in this situation. Even though the shorts didn't fit, I'm pleased with how the company handled the issue.
