Review about: Phase Eight

Have twice now had the same issue when returning items. I often purchase more than one item for choice and will return those unwanted. Obviously Phase Eight isn't the cheapest of places and I will sometimes be returning hundreds of pounds worth of items and awaiting the refund. I returned items on the 25th Feb and they were received back by Phase Eight 2 days later although no email was ever sent to say they had been received and a refund would be processed. They do state this can take 14 working days but there is absolutely no reason for this when the items have arrived safely back with them. I waited until mid march to contact them which was a waste of time. When the 14 working days were up which worked out at 3 weeks after I returned them I contacted their live chat again and finally they processed the refund which then only took a few days to show back in my account. So basically you have to chase refunds and they are purposely holding on to your money as long as possible! I do not find this acceptable and this has happened to me twice now.
