Ivory lace shift dress
The staff were absolutely fantastic in helping me with my purchase, ensuring I found the perfect ivory lace shift dress. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and really made the shopping experience enjoyable. I had called ahead the day before and was lucky enough to have the same lovely lady assisting me in-store. She was patient, understanding, and listened to my preferences, making sure I left with a dress that I adored. Mother of the Bride outfit
I've never been to this store before, but I have to say, it was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. The assistant was so helpful and really made me feel amazing. I ended up finding the perfect Mother of the Bride outfit, complete with a hat that I never thought I'd wear. The range of outfits was absolutely stunning, and I felt like a VIP trying on different styles. The clothes were all really high quality, and you could tell that the store really looks after its customers. I'll definitely be coming back for future events and special occasions.

I popped into the shop to look for a dress to wear to a wedding in Spain and I was really impressed by the fantastic service I got. Pam was so friendly and helpful, she quickly found me the perfect dress. I often have trouble finding clothes that fit me well, but Phase Eight had a wonderful variety of sizes to choose from. Perfect dress, helpful advice on accessories
My time at the store was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to Shona. She really knew her stuff and helped me pick out a dress that I ended up loving. I don't think I would have even tried it on if it wasn't for her. Not only did she help me with the outfit, but she also gave me some great advice on accessories that went perfectly with the dress. Shona paid attention to every little detail and knew everything about the products, which made shopping so easy for me. I'll definitely be coming back to the store next time I need something new.
Online order, delayed delivery
I placed an order online on the 29th of May and it still hasn't turned up, as of the 6th of June. I've tried to get in touch with customer service through the phone, email, and online chat, but each time I get conflicting information. It's just not on! It feels like they've taken my money and can't be bothered to send me what I paid for. The way they communicate is so inconsistent and unclear, it's really frustrating. And now, on the 6th of June, I get an email saying there will be more delays, which goes against what they told me just 4 hours ago. It's obvious their systems are a mess and they don't have a clue what's going on. Being constantly lied to and given the runaround is incredibly maddening.
Amazing service
The service in this shop was amazing. The staff were so helpful and really knew their stuff about the products. They weren't pushy at all and seemed like they genuinely liked helping me pick out the perfect outfit. I was really impressed with their advice on what colours and styles would look good on me. I would definitely recommend this shop for their top-notch customer service.
occasion wear -green dress
I had a great experience in store recently. I bought a lovely dress for my friends wedding. It was only days away and I left it quire late so as you can imagine I was stressed. however Patrizia In the oxford store took care of me made me feel really welcome. she chose dresses that would suit my figure and colouring. she put my mind at ease and was so friendly it felt like going shopping with a close friend. love it. I'll definitely be back. I also ordered a top online a while back and had no problems. love phase 8. x
Dresses, changing room, helpful assistant
When I went to the shop, I was really happy with how the staff treated me. They didn't just show me where to find things - they actually picked out loads of dresses for me to try on in the fitting room. Their advice was super helpful, and they were so friendly the whole time. It made shopping a lot more fun and relaxed. It was a nice surprise compared to some other shops in the same area where I've had bad experiences. So, thanks to the staff for making buying a dress as a bigger lady a good experience.
Two perfect dresses and jewellery
The staff at this shop were just wonderful. As soon as I went in, they were so helpful and friendly, especially the new assistant manager who really went out of their way to help me find the perfect white dress. I didn't just buy one dress, I also ended up getting another dress and some lovely jewellery. The customer service was absolutely brilliant, and it's not often you find such dedicated and nice staff nowadays. I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about this shop.
Family wedding outfit
I popped into the store at Cheshire Oaks the other day to pick out an outfit for a family wedding. The customer service Kyla and Neve provided was absolutely outstanding. They were so helpful and really went out of their way to help me find the perfect outfit. Thanks to them, I managed to find exactly what I had in mind and now I feel completely ready and confident for the event. I've been really let down by this online shop. Like Sue K, I saw in her review, I'm having the same problems. I ordered a dress but it still hasn't turned up. The lack of communication and customer service is really poor. It's so annoying not knowing when my order will arrive.

I popped into the store at Buchanan Galleries not long ago to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. There was this lovely lady called Lorna who was a massive help and gave me top-notch customer service. She really listened to what I was after and helped me pick out the perfect outfit that didn't break the bank. I'm really grateful for her help and would definitely suggest this store to anyone on the hunt for a special occasion outfit.
Work dress for wife's birthday
I popped into the shop out of the blue, hoping to find a dress for my wife's birthday since the concession nearby didn't have her size. The staff in the store were really friendly and helpful, and thankfully they had the perfect dress in the correct size. It's a brand I always turn to for my wife's work clothes, so I knew it would be the ideal choice for her birthday present.

I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got from the shop assistant. She was so helpful and knew her stuff about the stock. She even went the extra mile to help me find sizes, styles, and sort out my online order. She even recommended a hat/fascinator which I bought and adore. I popped into town to pick up my wedding outfit and the staff were really helpful in finding me the one that was just right! They showed me loads of different clothes and even suggested some cool accessories to go with them. The store was in Caledonia Park in Gretna, and the lady who helped me was incredibly welcoming.

I ordered a dress online and picked it up from the store. The ladies who helped me out were absolutely fantastic, they were so helpful while I tried on the dress. They even let me try on some shoes to see how it all looked with high heels. The dress was perfect, but unfortunately, the belt was broken when it arrived. I managed to get a discount and decided to go ahead and buy it anyway, I'll just get another belt to go with it.

I went to the shop in St Andrews Fife looking for outfits for two special occasions. I was really happy with the help I got from the staff member who assisted me. She was so helpful, got me different sizes and colours to try in the changing room, and in the end, I bought two perfect dresses and a dress with a jacket. I would definitely suggest visiting this store if you need something special for an event.
