Customer service experience with Jules
I had a great customer service experience with a lovely person named Jules at the store. Even though they didn't have the item I wanted to exchange, Jules really went out of her way to help me and find other options. Her professionalism and commitment to making sure I was happy as a customer were amazing. I would definitely suggest this store to others because of the fantastic service I got.
