Bed delivery
I bought a bed last month, and it arrived on the 1st of February. Sadly, the side panel had some damage and there was a little flaw on the foot end. The mattress that came with the bed was really poor quality too. I contacted the owner to ask for a refund, but he said no because of Covid. Instead, he said he could bring replacement sides and a better mattress, but at an extra cost to me. I mentioned my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, but he still wouldn't give me a refund. He said he'd bring the replacements on Saturday the 5th of February, but he never showed up even after a bunch of calls. The customer service has been shockingly bad, and now I'm stuck with a bed that's no good. I recommend avoiding this company, especially since they go by different names too.
