As a huge fan of the team, I was so excited to order some stuff from the United shop. It all went smoothly and I was super happy when my gear finally arrived. But being abroad made things a bit tricky. The DHL tracking system was great until the parcel got to my country. Then it was like I was in the dark about where my stuff was. I had to figure out how to pay import duty and find a way to get it to me. It was really frustrating not knowing when or if my order would show up. I reckon if DHL had been better at keeping me in the loop, it would have been a lot less stressful.
