Service delay
I took my watch to Watch Pilot back in September to get it serviced and repaired. It's almost Christmas now and my watch still hasn't been returned to me. I've tried getting in touch with them but they've disappeared from their store and online. The lack of communication and the delay in getting my watch back has been really frustrating and disappointing.
