Delayed order with lack of communication
I recently bought something from this shop and I've had a bit of a problem with their customer service. I ordered something about two weeks ago and even though I paid for it, there's been no progress or update on where my order is at. Also, some of the items I wanted to get are now out of stock. The support team only got back to me once via email and didn't really help with any of my questions about my order.
