    Mesh jacket purchase

    I recently bought this amazing mesh jacket from fc moto and it was absolutely brilliant! However, when it arrived, the back protector was completely damaged. I was really disappointed, but I contacted fc moto about it and they immediately sent me a replacement without me even having to request it! How fantastic is that?!

    Gaerne SG22 boots ordered

    I ordered a pair of Gaerne SG22 boots from this shop recently and I had a really good experience. They told me they had to order the boots from their supplier because they didn't have them in stock. I was a bit unsure about it at first, but they reassured me it wouldn't take long. I was pleasantly surprised when the boots arrived earlier than expected, on the 28th of May instead of the 4th of June as originally mentioned. I was really happy with how quickly they came and how efficient the team was. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received from the shop.

    I found this website by chance while browsing online and thought I'd buy some motorcycle gear. I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to place an order and how well they kept me informed about any shipping delays. The whole online shopping process was straightforward and I liked being able to narrow down my choices using filters.     I've just bought some stuff from a website and was told they'd be here in 1-2 days. It's now the 1st of June and the delivery date has been pushed back to the 4th. It's not on and doesn't look good on the seller. According to UPS, they got my package just 4 days after I ordered it. I expect my orders to come on time and efficiently, so this whole thing has been a letdown.

    Shoei Glamster helmet purchase

    I've recently bought a Shoei Glamster helmet from this shop and unfortunately, it's not been a great experience. I used PayPal to pay for it, but it got sent to an old address on my PayPal account that I can't access anymore. I've tried contacting customer support to ask them to redirect it to my new address, as UPS says the sender can do this, but I haven't got any useful help. I've sent lots of emails to the shop, but all I've got back are apologies with no solution. My order number is 9776106 and I'm really worried about losing the package. Although the shop has good prices and a big range of products, their customer service has let me down.

    I recently bought some inner linings and cheek pads for my LS2 HELMET in size XXL and they were the perfect fit. The quality of the material is really good and they make my helmet feel super comfy. Putting them in was a breeze, so now I can ride around with total peace of mind knowing my helmet is properly padded. If you're thinking about upgrading or replacing your old ones, I definitely recommend these inner linings and cheek pads.

    Berik Suit, Berik Boots, Berik Gloves

    Shopping at the store was amazing! I got myself a Berik Suit, some boots, and gloves, all looking really good quality and with great designs. The suit fits nicely according to the size charts, but I can't be sure about the fit or durability since I bought a smaller size to motivate myself to lose weight. The boots and gloves fit perfectly and seem to be top-notch. Everything arrived in the US on time and in perfect condition.

I ordered something about two weeks ago and even though I paid for it, there's been no progress or update on where my order is at. Also, some of the items I wanted to get are now out of stock.     I recently bought a pair of leather motorcycle gloves from your store and was quite disappointed with how long it took to get delivered. Even though the website said they were ready to ship, it actually took 5 days just to hand them over to the delivery company. Then they said it would take another 3-5 days for processing and delivery, which left me feeling pretty frustrated with the whole situation. When I finally got a tracking number, I saw that there had been no movement for 3 days, making me even more worried about when they would actually arrive. When I reached out to customer support for help, all they said was to keep an eye on the tracking information and be patient. Overall, the delay in delivery has made me doubt how reliable the shipping times are and now I'm not sure when my gloves will actually show up.

    Hey everyone! Just wanted to tell you about my great experience with this shop. I've been shopping with them since 2018 and I've always been really happy with the prices, the quality of the items, and how easy it is to return things if needed. The photos on the website are spot on, and the size guide is really helpful. If you're unsure about sizing, the returns are a breeze thanks to the packaging slips they include. However, I was a bit let down by the high delivery charges to get it to my home in "Colombia". The extra cost was more than I anticipated and it wasn't clearly mentioned when I was placing my order. But all in all, I'm pleased with the product itself.

    Jacket, boots, rucksack

    Based upon my experience, if you live in the UK, do NOT take the risk with FC Moto.
    I ordered 5 items on March 31. After receiving two messages informing me that dispatch had been delayed, I finally got confirmation on April 20 that the items had shipped, providing me with a DHL link through which I could track the shipment. The link informed me that the shipment arrived in the UK five days later on April 25, and provided another link, this time to Parcelforce, which offered no specific information on my shipment. It just took me to a generic FAQ page, which was as useful as a chocolate teapot. DHL customer service was even worse, making contacting anyone in person virtually impossible.
    In the meantime, i was somewhat distracted from the task of getting DHL/Parcelforce to do their jobs by being diagnosed with a brain tumour. After finding a customer service line buried deep in their website, I contacted Parcelforce to find out why I had not received anything. They told me the package had been returned to sender for nonpayment of a customs charge. They told me two letters had been sent demanding the payment, neither of which ever arrived at my address. All my deliveries are handled by a concierge service, so I had proof no letters from Parcelforce arrived. I asked Parcelforce for proof they sent them, which they declined to provide as they said the letters were "autogenerated".
    FC Moto told me that return shipping and storage fees would be deducted from my refund, which of course, may take two to three weeks.
    All in all, a thoroughly unpleasant and rather pathetic service from DHL, Parcelforce and FC Moto. Its the 21st century and between them they have failed to send me anything all - parcel or letter.

    UPDATE: I have been refunded only £8.69 GBP from a total purchase price of £470.29 GBP. I have asked FC Moto for a breakdown of where the remaining £461.60 has gone.
