Refurbished Xbox One X
Initial ordering was great, but when Xbox stopped working I returned item under warranty and I paid for postage. Item returned in original box only! Company would not tell me what repair they did?
Two months later item returned for second time at further £16 postage cost. After 9 days no reply, no replacement Xbox or refund. Only hope I don't have to go to court to recover money! Sorry not a good experience.
