Razer laptop
Seemed too good to be true but everything was actually great! Laptop arrived quickly in great condition and exactly as described. Very happy! Decided to leave a review as I'm sure other people will be as cautious as I was, but my experience has been very smooth.
Refurbished Xbox One X
Initial ordering was great, but when Xbox stopped working I returned item under warranty and I paid for postage. Item returned in original box only! Company would not tell me what repair they did?
Two months later item returned for second time at further £16 postage cost. After 9 days no reply, no replacement Xbox or refund. Only hope I don't have to go to court to recover money! Sorry not a good experience.HP Spectre x360
Don't buy from this company.
I ordered an expensive laptop only to find it had issues and I had to return it.
The customer service attitude was pretty shabby with the final insult being them asking me to pay for posting their junk back to them!I should add... the sent me a replacement which was faulty, and asked me to pay for posting that back.
