Good prices, fast delivery, damaged packaging
The prices at this place are really good, I can't deny that. However, I was disappointed when one of the boxes I received was incredibly damaged. Sure, there was a sticker on it saying the packaging was damaged, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website when I was making my purchase. Despite this issue, I can overlook it because of the great prices I got. The delivery was surprisingly fast, so I can't complain about that either. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience, but they could definitely improve on their transparency about damaged goods.

Refurbished item purchase
I bought a refurbished item from this company recently and had a few hiccups with the delivery and import duty to Ireland. Despite that, I was really happy with the product and service. The item was pretty much brand new, came with all the bits, and worked perfectly. It was spotless and lived up to what I was hoping for. Dealing with the delivery problems was a bit annoying, but I did like how the company handle it all. I only wish I could have talked to someone directly when things went wrong, that would have been a lot better.
PS4 console and controller purchase
I recently bought a PS4 console and controller from the website, and I have to say it was a really smooth experience. What really surprised me was that the package arrived the day after I placed the order, even though I was expecting it to take longer. The fast delivery was a pleasant surprise, for sure. But when I checked the controller, I noticed that the right analogue stick seemed to be getting stuck when I moved it to the left. It was a bit disappointing, but all in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

I'm really shocked by the lack of attention to detail in my recent purchase. They sent me an Apple watch that still had someone else's ID on it. It's a big invasion of privacy and it just shows a total disregard for the quality checks they should have in place. I won't be buying from here again, that's for sure.
Laptop with incorrect RAM
I recently got a laptop from this company, and it came well packed. However, I was a bit gutted to find that it only had 8Gb of RAM instead of the advertised 16Gb. I wouldn't have minded if they had sent the extra RAM for me to slot in myself. After getting in touch with the company, they quickly refunded me the right amount to buy the extra RAM I needed. The customer service was top-notch, and despite this small hiccup, I'd definitely think about using this company again down the line.
Tablet purchase
The website was really easy to use and navigate, so I had no trouble finding and buying the tablet I wanted. The checkout process went smoothly, and each step was clearly explained. Laptop with touch screen
I bought a laptop with a touch screen from this place, but it's not working properly. I've tried to get in touch with them via phone and email, but haven't had any response. I'm quite upset about it because I had bought a laptop from them in the past and it was fantastic.
Xbox series x
I bought this console and it was really good at first, but then it started acting up. I was like, "What is going on? I just got this thing!" It kept turning off and telling me to stay cool, but it was already in a cool place. I was like, come on, what more do you want from me? Luckily, someone was nice and helped me out, so hopefully the next one is better!
Faulty controller<br>
I bought a controller from this shop recently, but it arrived broken, even though it was supposed to be new. I contacted customer service to sort it out, but sadly, I haven't heard back from them or had any problems solved. The lack of communication and responsibility has left me really let down by the service from this company. I sent back the item nearly two weeks ago, and so far, nothing has been done to fix things. Overall, my time dealing with this shop has been very disappointing and I would recommend others to be careful when thinking about buying from here.
Faulty product
Unfortunately, the product I got was faulty. It seems like it wasn't checked properly before being sent out. But, I've got to give credit to the company for being really professional. They contacted me straight away to offer a full refund.
Sunday delivery disappointment
I was really disappointed with the Sunday delivery service I paid extra for. They said I'd get the package on the 26th of May, but the driver left before I could even get downstairs. They said they'd leave it at a nearby DPD locker, but that never happened. Then they said it would come on Tuesday 28th May, but it didn't. Eventually, they rescheduled it for Wednesday 29th, but I couldn't be there due to work. The lack of professionalism and communication from this company is shocking. They didn't keep their promises and didn't even reply to my complaint emails. I spent over £100 and this has been the worst service I've ever had.
