Scratched on arrival, but sorted in the end
the aluminium shell is cool to the touch, the hinge is firm, keys have decent travel and the trackpad is very responsive. Screen colours looked crisp when I opened a few browser tabs and some documents. Issue was visible scratches on the top lid, which I didn’t expect from the listing. I used their returns portal right away and they sent a prepaid label. The return itself was fine, but the refund was slow (I chased them almost daily). After nearly three weeks they processed it. Relieved it ended well, though communication could be much better.

I bough 2 pristine condition monitors. Was delivered the following day.
Well switched it and the monitor was faulty and not working. So no one checked it before sensing out.
I have been struggling to get this swopped out.they dont want to send me a replacement after assessing the faulty one, but that has taken over a week just collect it.
I took a days leave for DPD to collect and they didn't.
I am not happy with this! I want a refund or a the same monitor asap!

Apple watch with someone's ID
I'm really shocked by the lack of attention to detail in my recent purchase. They sent me an Apple watch that still had someone else's ID on it. It's a big invasion of privacy and it just shows a total disregard for the quality checks they should have in place. I won't be buying from here again, that's for sure.

The prices at this place are really good, I can't deny that. However, I was disappointed when one of the boxes I received was incredibly damaged. Sure, there was a sticker on it saying the packaging was damaged, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website when I was making my purchase. Despite this issue, I can overlook it because of the great prices I got. The delivery was surprisingly fast, so I can't complain about that either. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience, but they could definitely improve on their transparency about damaged goods.
