"Missing delivery"
I want to express my extreme disappointment with the service I've had from this company. I still haven't got my order, even though they've asked me for feedback twice. I gave them the tracking number, but, unfortunately, my phone isn't working properly so I can't find the order number. The bank told me the payment went through, but I still haven't received my delivery. I'm not happy with the lack of communication and the fact they haven't fulfilled my order.
