Review about: The F1 Store
Delayed orders, wrong size, returns process
I recently bought some stuff from The F1 Store, and unfortunately, each order was delayed. On top of that, I accidentally got the wrong size for a couple of items so I had to send back two out of the three things I bought. I went through the return process online, but to my disappointment, the parcel sat in the warehouse for more than 20 days with no progress, just stuck on "Parcel has been added to pallet". I had to chat with their support team multiple times to get any sort of response or update on my return. To add to the frustration, they didn't want to cover the full cost of the return delivery, even though I did everything right following their instructions. All in all, my experience with The F1 Store was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
