SIM card purchase for mobile phone
I bought a SIM card for my phone not long ago and it didn't go well with the customer service. The online chat people said they'd do things but they didn't, and they just ignored my emails. It's really disappointing and not right that they don't keep in touch and sort out problems. I tried to make things better by sending a complaint, but it's been two weeks now and I've heard nothing back. It's not good at all that they're not taking responsibility and not dealing with our problems properly. It's worrying that they're not interested in sorting things out and just avoiding complaints.
