Online course purchase
I really enjoyed the online course I bought, it was brilliant. The way it was set up made it so easy to use and move around. I've been buying stuff from this company for ages, and this course was just as good as I expected. I can't wait to do some more courses in the future.

T-shirt
First time customer. Ordered online. Delivery took around 10 days and when it arrived, the t-shirt had a defect. The customer service response was ... despite emailing photos of the issues. I wont be using them again.
