TV bed purchase
I was really surprised when I found out that no one was available to put together the TV bed I bought. I had to get an external bed builder to do it, and it took them 4 hours. I was let down that a fancy purchase like that didn't include any assembly service.
However, the delivery was on time and the delivery team were really helpful and professional. I was pleased with the service in the store, but as a whole, the lack of assembly service was a bit disappointing.
