One weeks rental in grade 2 rental cottage Lavender Cottage .
All communication good .All descriptions good .
Really good info .
Arrived really cold ,phoned the help line person Heidi responded really quickly ,sorted .
Tv not working they tried twice to correct it ,phoned the owner no response .so left with no ordinary tv ,poor service not by the helper Heidi and husband .
By owner and Sykes cottages .
Apart from that which we felt was really poor everything in the cottage is good.
