Online dress purchase
My online dress purchase experience was surprisingly positive. Even though I had seen some negative reviews, I found the whole process went really well. Once I placed my order, I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. However, there was a small delay in getting my dress, it took 18 days instead of the promised 10-14 days. I got in touch with customer service after 14 days, and they were fast to respond, giving me a DHL tracking code to put my mind at ease. The dress arrived in good condition and looked just like the picture on the website. The quality wasn't bad considering the price of 100€, which I think is really fair. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but I wish the dress had come in a protective box for better packaging. Despite that small issue, I'm pleased with my purchase and would think about buying from them again. It's interesting to note that the website says the dresses are designed in Frankfurt, not made there, so I don't fully understand some of the complaints I've seen.
