Returns service and customer service response is very poor. Return sent 17th June received by Hush 25th June. Royal Mail confirmation of delivery sent to Hush. With any other retailer the refund would be made without query and with courtesy. Two emails later and two weeks later and no refund. Customer service is unresponsive, reluctant and almost bot like. Hush you could learn a lot from other customer centered retailers. Lesson learned. I won’t be buying direct from you again
