Efficient customer service
My experience with Musicroom has always been top-notch. However, this time I had to check on my order's status. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to speak to their customer service team on the phone right away. They were very helpful, quickly checking on my order and giving me honest updates via email. They made sure my order was processed promptly, showing that they genuinely cared about my inquiry. It was a rare and enjoyable experience to receive such great customer service. Hats off to Musicroom UK for keeping up such excellent standards.
Review about: White Stuff
Lily trainers
I'm really disappointed with my purchase of the Lily trainers from White Stuff. They seemed okay when I first put them on, but after wearing them, they felt really tight on my little toes. I tried everything, like stuffing them with socks and stretching them out, but they were still too uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer service for help, but after 28 days of silence, I feel really let down by White Stuff. I think other brands like Boden or Seasalt would have been more helpful in this situation. After reading reviews online, it looks like many others have had the same problem with the Lily trainers, so it seems like there's a sizing issue. Overall, a big let-down.
