Quick insurance purchase
The guy I spoke to at Simply Business was really annoying. Every time I tried to jump in or ask a question, he had to start from the beginning, which made things drag on. I was in a hurry too, so it really got on my nerves. He also kept going on about stuff that had nothing to do with what I actually needed. Like, he was talking about setting up auto-renewal for a year ahead, when I only needed insurance for a few months. It was just a waste of time for both of us, to be honest. I was not happy with how it all went down.
