Cheapest Quote, Smooth Process, Licence Check Code
I recently got a quote from this company, and I have to say it was the most affordable one I got. The whole process went pretty well, the only issue was when they asked for a licence check code. I hadn't been asked for that before so I was a bit puzzled, but after a brief explanation, everything was sorted out quickly. The customer service team knew their stuff and guided me through the process smoothly. I would definitely think about using their services again in the future.

I spoke with a really helpful guy who didn't put any pressure on me at all. He took the time to answer all my questions and followed through by phoning me back when he said he would. I was really impressed with the service I got.

Policy refund delay
I was told I would receive a cheque refund for some of my policy renewal, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't got it. It's frustrating to be told they'll credit me eventually when they promised sooner. They should just take it off the premium or I'll go somewhere else for my business!

As someone who has been a customer of this company for a while, I have always been happy with the service they provide. This mistake could have meant that my property was not insured for a whole year - which is a pretty big deal. So, just a heads up - be careful of going for the cheapest quote, as it could end up costing you your peace of mind and the safety of your property.

The guy I spoke to at Simply Business was really annoying. Every time I tried to jump in or ask a question, he had to start from the beginning, which made things drag on. I was in a hurry too, so it really got on my nerves. He also kept going on about stuff that had nothing to do with what I actually needed. Like, he was talking about setting up auto-renewal for a year ahead, when I only needed insurance for a few months. It was just a waste of time for both of us, to be honest. I was not happy with how it all went down.

I got a renewal quote for my insurance from this company, but then I saw that I could get it for £100 cheaper by asking for a new quote online. I got in touch with them to check and the quotes were exactly the same. So, I decided to cancel the renewal and go for the new quote. However, I had to wait for a refund of the £100 as they had already taken the renewal fee from my bank account.

So, I gave customer service a ring and got through to a chap called Akeel. He was really helpful and polite. Akeel not only sorted out my one-time payment but also cancelled the credit agreement that the website had sneakily set up. He took the time to walk me through the next steps and made sure I knew there wouldn't be any sneaky auto-renewal next year. Instead, I'll get a renewal quote 21 days before my policy ends. This kind of transparency and great customer service was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies who just go ahead and renew without asking. All in all, I got exactly what I needed with a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line.

I was really pleased when my insurance company contacted me to go over my application and help me find ways to lower the costs. Insurance Claim Dispute
I had a bit of a disagreement with my insurance company not too long ago, and it really left me feeling fed up and let down. I'd been with them for ages, but when it came time to claim on my policy, it felt like they were doing everything they could to wriggle out of it. The whole thing dragged on for months, and it seemed like they were just trying to grind me down until I gave in. Even when it was obvious that my claim was valid, they managed to find all sorts of ways to stall and reject it. The way they handled everything was so shady and unfair, it left a bad taste in my mouth. In the end, I decided to bin off my policy and take my complaint to the legal ombudsman.
