Air Con Unit
Aircon unit worked for 3 weeks then stopped working due to water leak.
Company arranged collection and took away Aircon unit and offered me a full refund. this was last summer 2020 I am still waiting for my full refund? Company are now saying they did not collect my Aircon unit and that as this happened over 6 months ago they can not check with the courier company anymore. Awful Customer Service.
