Coffee machine
I recently bought a coffee machine from your company, but I've got to say I was pretty let down by the whole delivery situation. The estimated delivery time was 3-5 working days, but after waiting for 3 weeks with no sign of my order, I decided to get in touch to find out what was going on. Turned out, my item had been shipped with a different company, so the tracking info I had was useless. I was then told to contact this other company myself to sort out delivery, but they don't deal with deliveries directly. I tried to sort things out, but your customer service team wasn't much help. It was frustrating to be told to handle the delivery myself, especially after being given a clear 3-5 working days timeframe for the delivery. The lack of communication and accountability from your end made the whole experience really annoying and disappointing. After waiting for five more days with no update from your side, I had to reach out to Amazon for help, and they quickly gave me a refund. I'm seriously disappointed with the service I got and the lack of responsibility shown by your company. I won't be considering buying from you again in the future.
Watch winder for 4 watches
The watch winder looks quite nice and has a good finish, but the packaging was a bit flimsy and the winder arrived damaged, although only slightly on the wood. It's really not great that it only lasted for 11 days when using batteries. Sadly, I can't use electricity, so I had to order a second one for my 6 watches.
Kitchen Stand Mixer
The customer service and products from this company are absolutely brilliant. I bought a Kitchen Stand Mixer recently and had a small problem with it, but the customer service team were really great at sorting it out. They were very professional and quick to respond, which I really appreciated. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which was impressive. I'll definitely be buying from them again and would highly recommend their products to anyone.
Large kitchen item purchase
My experience with that company was just terrible. I bought this big kitchen thing and when it turned up, it was all smashed up. The UK website said they'd sort out picking it up for returns but they changed their minds and told us to take it to the post office, even though it was really heavy and we're a disabled household. PayPal stepped in, but they still wouldn't fetch it or give us our money back. Their customer service was just so unhelpful and rude.
Grill purchase
I'm really pleased with my purchase. The customer service was fantastic, my order was sent out and arrived promptly, and the price was reasonable. The grill works great and there's no smoke, which is a big bonus. Plus, they kindly changed the EU plug to a UK plug for me, which I thought was a really nice touch.
Fridge purchase on Amazon
I bought a fridge from Amazon not long ago that said it could reach temperatures from 0-10 degrees Celsius. But when it arrived, the lowest temperature it could go was 8 degrees Celsius, which wasn't what I was expecting based on the advertised range. When I got in touch with customer service to address this problem, I received mixed messages and solutions that didn't really sort things out. Initially, they offered me a 20% refund and said I could keep the fridge, but when I asked for a full refund, they told me it wasn't possible because it was past the 30-day return period.
Easy online ordering with discounts
Ordering online was really easy and I managed to bag some great discounts on my purchase, which was brilliant. Everything went smoothly, and my package arrived without any problems. The customer service team were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about delivery times. The only downside was that a few accessories were missing from my package, but I'm hoping they'll be sent out soon. All in all, it was a pretty positive experience and I'll definitely be checking them out first next time I need appliances. Thanks a lot!
Cooker hood purchase
I bought a cooker hood from this company recently and had a bad time with it. Soon after putting it up, I had problems with the touch controls for the lights, they just weren't working right. When I got in touch with the company about it, they said I needed a replacement. But I was really surprised to find out that I had to take apart the one I already had up and send it back before they would send me a new one. That just seemed like a bit much and it left me without a hood for ages. All in all, I didn't think the product was very good quality or reliable, and dealing with customer service was a letdown.
High customer satisfaction
I was really happy with the customer service from this company. They kept me in the loop the whole way through my order. The delivery came quicker than I thought and the product was just what I wanted. I'm really pleased with how it all went and I would definitely suggest this company to others.
Range cooker hood purchase
I still need to put in the range cooker hood, but I reckon it'll be spot on when I get round to it next week. The customer service was top-notch, they kept me informed all the way. The cherry on top was the whole Evri experience. I've already told my mates and workmates about the company.
hob purchase
I recently got this really cool induction hob and it's just what I was looking for! The price was great too. The only downside was that it took ages to arrive, a whole 8 days because it was shipped from Germany. Apart from that, I would definitely give it 5 stars. But yeah, I'm really happy with my new hob!
Ice cream machine purchase
I recently bought an ice cream machine from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed. I bought a really good machine from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I am really impressed with the whole experience. CD player hifi
I recently bought a CD player hifi from your company, and honestly, it was a real letdown. Right from the beginning, I had to keep chasing up information about when my order would be shipped. And when it finally arrived, I was pretty dismayed to see that the item wasn't just used (there were batteries inside, for goodness sake!), but it was also damaged. The battery case was broken, some of the LED lights didn't work, and the remote control was a dud - all signs it had been used before. So, when I asked for a refund because of the damage, all they offered was a 20% discount to either keep the faulty item or swap it for something else. However, when I tried to exchange it, I was told there were no more in stock, so I was left with the only choice of getting a discounted purchase.
Wine cooler door thickness inquiry
I am so disappointed with the customer service from this company. I contacted them to ask about the thickness of the door on a wine cooler I wanted to buy, and after trying several times and waiting for weeks, I finally got a reply saying they couldn't measure it. It's just not on, is it?
Wine cooler
I have to say, my experience with this company has been absolutely brilliant. The wine cooler I bought was not only top-notch quality but also very reasonably priced compared to others out there. The regular updates on the shipping status from the company were a nice bonus, and the delivery arrived surprisingly quickly. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the service I received from this seller.
Recent refrigerator purchase
The fridge arrived on time just like we wanted. It looks and works exactly how it was advertised, and we're really pleased with it, especially after some dodgy dealings we've had with other stuff and shops in the past. But, after a bit of use, it started playing up a bit. We quickly sent over some pics and a detailed explanation of the problem to customer services. They said we could have a new one or our money back. We decided on the refund and got it sorted within a week. We're grateful for how fast and well they solved the issue.
Stand mixer broke, poor customer service
I bought a stand mixer and the mixer paddle broke the first time I used it, while I was making a simple cake mix at a low speed. I got in touch with customer support, but after waiting a whole week for a reply, all they said was "we don't supply spare parts, have a nice day." It wasn't helpful at all, it felt like they were just telling me to go away. The customer service was really bad and the quality of the mixer wasn't great either, so I would recommend avoiding this product.
Klarstein Portable Air Conditioning Unit
Absolutely Scam company. Do Not use. Shocking Service. Waited every day for 4 days as the Klarstein Air Conditioner was to be delivered each day between 8 - 6pm. Never arrived until fourth day absolutely smashed to pieces in box and so poorly packaged. Customer Services absolutely shocking. Staff not interested in helping you in any way. Refused item at door when it arrived there was no top on box and you could see damaged items inside. Klarstein advised refund could take several weeks as item needs to be returned to Germany and investigated. Wasted £400 on Klarstein Air Conditioner. Even courier UPS was fed up with complaints about Klarstein. Worst experience ever.
