I sent loads of questions about this awesome refurbished laptop I wanted with a good battery, and when it arrived, I was so chuffed. It only took two days to get to me, and the laptop was spot on, exactly what I was after. Such a great experience!

Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from this boutique the other day and I've got to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The shoes arrived looking perfect and the packaging was really nice too. I was also really impressed with how quickly they arrived - less than a day! The tracking emails were a good idea but it would have been even better to know the exact delivery time a bit sooner.
