Wrong colour but full refund
I bought this really cool top from their website but when it arrived, it was the wrong colour! 😱 I was really disappointed because I really wanted it in pink, but they sent me a blue one instead. However, when I got in touch with them, they were really nice and reassured me that I would receive a full refund. I was a bit worried because some companies can be really difficult about refunds, but they were great about it. They even sent me a return label so I could send the blue top back. Once they received it, they emailed me to let me know that they had processed the full refund, which was fantastic. They were really easy to contact and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will definitely order from them again because they handled everything so well. Also, they use Royal Mail for delivery, which is a big plus because they're very reliable and quick! 😊
