ear candle wax remover from Germany
I recently received my ear candle wax remover from eVitamins, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! I ordered it from Germany and, although the delivery took a little longer than expected, it arrived today. The product is really high quality, the customer service was great, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend eVitamins for all your health needs!

Trousers purchase
I recently bought a pair of trousers from Rohan online, but they didn't fit right. When I tried to send them back, I wasn't happy with the returns process. The only option was to return the item using Yodel for £3.60, which was inconvenient as the nearest Yodel location is far away from me. I didn't think it was fair to have to pay for the return, even though they said it would be quicker. I couldn't take the item back to the store as I had used PayPal for the purchase. I decided to use the Royal Mail label instead. However, when I checked on the return, I found out it hadn't been scanned in at the depot even though they had received it on a Friday. The customer service representative said it could take up to 14 days for the refund to go through. This meant that Rohan had been holding onto my money since they dispatched the item, and I would have to wait another two weeks for the refund. In my opinion, this is not good practice on their part.
