Booking with hidden charges
I made a booking not long ago and was a bit taken aback by all the extra charges that popped up as I went along. The website was pretty user-friendly, but I started to feel a bit uneasy when I stumbled upon some online posts suggesting that the company could be dodgy. I think it would really help put my mind at ease if there was some way to verify the legitimacy of the service.
