The person who helped me really went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with what I bought. They didn't just find a better product for me when the one I wanted wasn't available, but they also gave me some great advice and kept me informed every step of the way. It was genuinely nice to deal with someone so friendly, helpful, and happy.
