Parking space in Westminster
Booked a 10 hour slot in a car park on College Green just by Parliament, which cost £27.50. A metal barrier opened automatically as I approached and closed behind me with the standard car park barrier in front. I inputted the code I'd been given and... nothing happened. Tried 3 more times, then got in touch with the car park attendant who explained Just Park were 3rd party and there was nothing they could do.
The only option was to take a ticket and pay an extra £50.
Have since complained to JP twice without response and am about to try a third with no expectation of getting my money back. Avoid.
