Airport transfer in Antalya
I arranged for an airport transfer in Antalya through this service. However, my hotel didn't pick us up as they said they would. The reasons given for the driver not turning up were weak at best, and there was no support or assistance offered. So, we had to fork out extra cash to book a hotel shuttle. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the service wasn't in charge of refunds as they were just an agency. It's safe to say, I was really let down by the whole situation and won't be using this service again.
