    National Geographic subscription

    Should have read the Trustpilot reviews which are awful. Ordered October. Chased up early December. Couldn't find my details. When I sent them they said magazine would be received January. No explanation. No apology. Magazine UK take no responsibility for holding these people to account - immediately pass you on to fight your case with the mags directly. Never again!

Unfortunately, National Geographic can take up to 3 months to set up your subscription due to their international print runs. This is, unfortunately, the case with all retailers that offer subscriptions to National Geographic, including when ordering directly from the publisher.
