Dress and blouse
I've bought a dress and a blouse from this company before without any problems. However, my recent experience has been really disappointing. I ordered a dress and blouse, but when the parcel arrived, it was empty. I got in touch with customer service straight away to let them know, and they said they would look into it. Despite me reaching out multiple times, I still haven't got a proper response. On top of that, I'm still being charged for things I never got. This kind of customer service is not acceptable and has really disappointed me. I won't be shopping with this company again.
