I wasn't sure at first — a green dress, a duffle coat and a mustard cardigan from photos made me wary about fit and fabric. Those doubts quickly disappeared. The dress fits well if you order a size up, materials feel proper and they're handy for work and lazy weekends. Ordering was simple and delivery fast. I'm quite chuffed and will buy again.
Half the set, still chuffed
Was buzzing when the parcel arrived — the skirt came quickly and it looks and feels better than I thought. Then an email said the blouse wasn't available due to a website glitch. A bit annoying they dispatched the skirt without checking, but I'm really happy overall and actually glad the skirt fits.
Trousers fell apart, at least delivery was quick
I ordered these black trousers because I had a job interview and couldn't risk wearing my old ones — also my back's been playing up so comfy fit mattered. They arrived quickly, which I appreciated, but after wearing them twice and following the wash instructions they developed holes where the metal fastener rubbed. Customer service replied, yes, "normal wear and tear" and offered 10% off. I mean, that's not enough. Still, delivery and the quick reply were something, even if the solution wasn't.
Booked, billed and then ghosted
don't rely on Ghost London if you need something quickly. I ordered a dress on Tuesday evening for a Saturday wedding, paid for next‑day delivery because I left it late. No dispatch email for two days, so I chased them up. Only on Thursday late afternoon did customer service say the dress was out of stock — despite already taking my money. That left me about £200 down and frantically trying to find a replacement with hardly any time. I've had better luck with other retailers; oddest part was that I re-ordered the same 'out of stock' dress through John Lewis at 6pm and it arrived at 9am the next morning. So, mixed feelings: the dress itself is very pretty and Ghost say they'll refund me, which is good, but the communication was poor. To be fair, they've promised the refund — I just haven't seen it yet. If you've got time, Ghost is fine; if it's urgent, don't bet on them. The quick John Lewis delivery was a surprise and practically saved the weekend.
Not quite what I hoped for
the V-neck wouldn't sit flat on one side (tried pins, nope), and the back neck band gaped annoyingly so I had to stitch it myself to stop the bulge. The bust gather looked thrown together rather than neat. I couldn't return it in time, so I made do, but I won't be as eager to buy Ghost here again.
Gorgeous pale green silky dress for a wedding
Wow, this dress was a total showstopper! I bought this gorgeous pale green silky dress for a wedding and I have to say, I felt like a million dollars in it. The fit was spot on, I just followed the size guide and went up a size to make sure it hugged my curves perfectly. The dress just oozed sophistication and class, making me look like I'd spent a fortune on it when really it was a steal. I got loads of compliments all night long, and I was over the moon with my choice.
Dress
I bought a dress from this shop the other day and honestly, I'm really disappointed with it. To start with, they charge a massive £4.95 just for delivery, and then another £4.95 if you want to send something back. I think that's way too much, don't you? Plus, when I ordered my usual size 8 (XS), the dress that arrived was more like a size 6 (XXS). It was a total shock as I already have 8 other dresses from this brand in a size 8 and they've always fitted perfectly. It's so frustrating that they can't be consistent with their sizes, and now I'm put off shopping there again.
Black skirt
I ordered this really sweet black skirt from this website, but it never arrived. I even asked my neighbours, but nobody received it. It seems like it got delivered somewhere else, not to me! It's quite a puzzling situation! Customer service is investigating, so hopefully they'll solve it soon. I'm just waiting to see if I'll get a refund or a replacement.
Luna Satin Skirt
I was really disappointed when the skirt I ordered arrived. The tissue paper in the package was crumpled and torn, with a big greasy stain on it. And the skirt was really creased - even after I steamed it, the creases wouldn't go away! I was hoping for better quality from that brand.

When I got my confirmation, I was told that one of the dresses had actually been sold out, even though the system didn't catch it at first.
