Samsung S21 "As New"
I bought a Samsung S21 "As New" from Mobile Phones Direct not long ago and it turned out to have charging problems. When I contacted customer service to ask about their checking process, I was let down by the lack of a proper response. Sorting out the cancellation was a total nightmare, taking two weeks and extra money to send back the faulty phone. It all ended up leaving me without a phone or SIM card for a long time.
